Answers to the Most Common Questions
The WashClub NYC offers Eco-friendly dry cleaning and pickup and delivery laundry service from your residence or place of business.
Brooklyn: Monday through Sunday with service windows available from 6:00AM-8:00AM, 8:00AM-10:00AM, 6:00PM-8:00PM and 8:00PM-10:00PM.
Manhattan: Monday through Sunday with service windows available from 6:00AM-8:00AM, 8:00AM-10:00AM, 6:00PM-8:00PM and 8:00PM-10:00PM. In addition to these service windows, we also offer a 10:30AM-1:00PM service window on Saturday and Sunday as well.
Queens: Monday through Sunday with service windows available from 6:00AM-8:00AM, 8:00AM-10:00AM, 6:00PM-8:00PM and 8:00PM-10:00PM.
It is not necessary to be present for pickup or delivery as long as we agree upon the method to receive/drop off your laundry, e.g., do you have a doorman or not. In the case of a doorman building, you can leave your laundry, in a WashClub NYC bag, with the doorman and we will pickup/deliver your laundry with him. If you do not have a doorman, you can leave us a duplicate key to access your building and pickup/deliver your laundry from in front of your apartment.
For wash/fold and dry cleaning orders, the WashClub NYC requires a minimum order of $19.95. There is no charge for delivery of your laundry.
Yes, we provide Eco-friendly dry cleaning and tailoring.
We currently provide "same-day" service for wash-fold orders. Same day orders must be submitted by 4:30 AM that day; return will be anytime from 6:00-10:00 PM the same day. There is a $15 express fee.
Return of your laundry occurs within 24 hours, depending upon weather and road conditions.
You can pay for our cleaning services either by debit card or credit card. We accept all major credit cards.
Definitely! We encourage you to create an account with WashClub NYC under the “Your Account” tab on our website. All the key information in your profile will enable us to accurately and professionally process your service orders.

Absolutely! WashClub NYC makes every effort to protect your personal information in strict confidentiality. In the case of Internet provided information, we do not sell or provide this personal data to any third parties; it is only used to manage your order requests with the highest level of service possible.
Should there be an issue with your laundry, call us immediately and we will make every effort to resolve the matter to your satisfaction. Please understand that some issues, like persistent stains, may not be able to be resolved regardless of available products and our efforts.
