By accessing or using this website, mobile application, or any WashClub NYC services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

PRIVACY & DATA USE

By using our Services, whether or not you register, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form a binding contractual relationship between you and WashClub NYC.

WashClub NYC may suspend or terminate accounts for inaccurate information, misuse, or violations of these Terms.

TEXT MESSAGES (SMS)

By creating an Account, you agree that WashClub NYC may send you text messages (SMS) related to your orders and account.

You may opt out at any time through your profile or by contacting support. Opting out may affect your ability to receive order updates.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

All services are performed at the customer’s risk. WashClub NYC is not an insurer of garments or personal property.

Customers are responsible for: Checking all pockets Removing valuables Separating special-care items Following labeling and bagging instructions

DRY CLEANING DAMAGE POLICY (LIMITED LIABILITY)

WashClub NYC uses reasonable care in processing garments. However, we do not guarantee against damage resulting from: Manufacturer defects Fabric weaknesses Mislabeling Normal wear and tear Characteristics of the material Including but not limited to silks, leathers, suedes, vinyls, polyurethanes, lace, beads, sequins, trims, and decorative elements.

Customers must: Place dry-clean items in a separate bag Select the dry-clean option Identify the bag in order notes Failure to do so may result in items being laundered and WashClub NYC bears no responsibility. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. If WashClub NYC determines, in its sole discretion, that compensation is appropriate: Reimbursement shall not exceed the price paid to clean the item Reimbursement shall be issued only as store credit No cash refunds are provided

LOST ITEM POLICY (LIMITED LIABILITY)

WashClub NYC is not responsible for: Items left in pockets Valuables Personal belongings Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. If WashClub NYC determines, in its sole discretion, that an item was lost due solely to our handling: Reimbursement shall not exceed the price paid to clean the item Reimbursement shall be issued only as store credit No cash refunds are provided WashClub NYC does not reimburse replacement value, sentimental value, or consequential damages. Unclaimed items after 30 days may be donated in accordance with New York State law.

WASH & FOLD POLICY

All items are processed in commercial machines Hand-wash instructions are not accepted Low-dry/air-dry items must be separated, labeled, and selected in checkout If instructions are not followed, WashClub NYC is not responsible for damage. WashClub NYC does not provide itemized counting. If any reimbursement is approved: It shall not exceed the price paid for the wash & fold service It shall be issued only as store credit No cash refunds

PRICING & WEIGHTS

All prices are estimates. Final pricing is based on actual weight and services rendered. Orders requiring infestation treatment, mold remediation, or contamination handling may incur additional charges.

COUPONS & PROMOTIONS

One coupon per order No stacking No cash value WashClub may modify or cancel promotions at any time Hotel orders and infested orders are not eligible for discounts.

SERVICE FEES & DELIVERY FEES

WashClub NYC charges: A delivery fee that varies by service zone A 10% service fee All fees are non-refundable.

MINIMUM ORDER

The current minimum order is $39.99 and may change.

PICK UP & DELIVERY

WashClub NYC uses third-party delivery services. WashClub NYC is not responsible for acts, errors, delays, or omissions caused by third-party delivery providers. If a customer is unavailable or misses a scheduled pickup or delivery, an $11.96 missed-attempt fee will be charged.

FORCE MAJEURE (EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL)

WashClub NYC shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, power outages, government orders, public emergencies, labor issues, or transportation disruptions. Such events may unfortunately cause service delays, missed pickups, or temporary suspension of services. By using our services, you acknowledge that these circumstances are outside of WashClub NYC’s control and agree to be understanding. WashClub NYC will make reasonable efforts to resume services as soon as practicable.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

WashClub NYC reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to: Unsafe or unsanitary conditions Orders that pose a risk to staff, equipment, or property Violation of our Terms & Conditions Non-payment or suspected fraud Refusal of service does not entitle the customer to any reimbursement beyond the price paid for completed services, which shall be issued only as store credit.

CHARGEBACK & PAYMENT DISPUTE POLICY

Customers agree to contact WashClub NYC and attempt to resolve any billing or service issue before initiating a chargeback or bank dispute. All disputes must follow WashClub NYC’s policies. Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination. WashClub NYC may submit order records, delivery confirmations, photos, and communications as evidence. Chargebacks do not override WashClub NYC’s refund policies. Any approved reimbursement shall not exceed the price paid for the cleaning service and shall be issued only as store credit.

PAYMENT & BILLING POLICIES

All payments are processed at the time of order. Customers must provide a valid payment method. If a payment is declined or fails, WashClub NYC may delay service until payment is successfully processed. You are responsible for any fees, including insufficient funds or declined card charges. All approved reimbursements shall not exceed the price paid for the cleaning service and shall be issued only as store credit. No cash refunds will be provided.

WashClub NYC strives to provide accurate information regarding pricing, service availability, and estimated weights. All information, prices, and estimates are subject to change without notice. WashClub NYC is not responsible for errors, omissions, or discrepancies on the website or mobile application. Final charges are determined by actual weight and services rendered.

ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of WashClub NYC services, including these Terms, shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in New York, New York, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). By using our services, you waive the right to participate in any class action, class arbitration, or representative action. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorney’s fees, unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator. This clause does not prevent you from seeking injunctive relief in a court of law for matters such as intellectual property rights or privacy violations.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law: WashClub NYC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. WashClub NYC’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific cleaning service giving rise to the claim. All approved reimbursements are issued only as store credit and never exceed the cleaning price.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable New York City regulations.
